Vice-Presidente responsable por las Operaciones Internacionales de Natura: Argentina, México, Chile, Colombia y Perú. Basado en Buenos Aires (Argentina), donde está la sede de las Operaciones Internacionales de Natura.

Forma parte del Comité Ejecutivo Global de Natura y se desempeñó hasta 2017 como Vicepresidente de Tecnología Digital, área que está liderando las innovaciones y los negocios digitales de la compañía.

Graduado en Ingeniería de Sistemas en la Universidad Federal de Bahía, Leão cursó también un MBA en Gestión Empresarial en la Fundación Getúlio Vargas (FGV), Pos-Graduación en Gestión Estratégica de Personas en la Facultad de Economía, Administración y Contabilidad de la Universidad de San Pablo (FEA-USP) y PMD en el Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE), de la Universidad de Navarra (España).

He is part of the Natura Executive Committee and served, until 2017, as Vice President of Digital Technology, the area that´s leading the innovations and digital businesses of the company.

Graduated in Systems Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia, Leão also studied an MBA in Business Management at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), Post-Graduation in Strategic Management of People at the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting of the University of San Pablo (FEA-USP) and PMD in the Institute of Superior Studies of the Company (IESE), of the University of Navarra (Spain).
